Living Life in Abundance Ministry

Our Story

Founded in 2011, LLIAM (Living Life in Abundance Ministry) is a Christian faith-based NGO dedicated to transforming lives, restoring relationships, and changing communities in Uganda through the abundant love of Jesus Christ.

What began as helping one vulnerable child has grown into a comprehensive ministry serving orphaned and vulnerable children, their families, and marginalized communities across Uganda. From a single act of compassion, God has grown a movement of hope that now touches hundreds of lives.

Our Journey

From humble beginnings to expanding impact

2011

The Beginning

LLIAM is founded with a vision to help one vulnerable child. What starts as a small act of compassion soon reveals a much greater need.

2013

First Transition Home

A safe home is established to provide accommodation for orphans, street children, and abandoned children in a family-like environment.

2015

Child Sponsorship Launch

The child sponsorship program begins, connecting children with sponsors who provide for their education, healthcare, and daily needs.

2018

Family Empowerment

Programs expand to include family empowerment initiatives, recognizing that helping children means strengthening entire families.

2021

10 Years of Service

LLIAM celebrates a decade of ministry, having served over 500 children and expanded to multiple communities across Uganda.

2024

Continuing the Mission

Today, LLIAM continues to grow and adapt, always focused on our core mission of living out the abundant love of Jesus to those who need it most.
