No child should learn on an empty stomach. Help us feed hungry children.
Providing nutritious meals to children at Sanda Community School to improve attendance and learning outcomes.
Hunger is one of the biggest barriers to education. Many children at Sanda Community School come from impoverished families who cannot afford regular meals. These children often attend school on empty stomachs, making it difficult to concentrate and learn.
The Sanda Community School Feeding Project provides one nutritious meal per day to every child at the school. This ensures that children have the energy they need to focus on their studies and stay healthy.
It costs approximately $0.50 per child per day to provide a nutritious meal. For 150 children, that's $75 per day or $1,500 per month.
